Careers

Our career events provide talks, workshops and networking opportunities with leading female speakers from various industries, such as fashion, branding, consultancy and entrepreneurship.

We specialise in introducing unprecedented speaker profiles and topics to add distinct value to our members’ experience.

This last academic year has seen us host many career-focused events, and here are some of our favourites:

Rachel Davis Event

Rachel Davis, Breaking through the Glass Ceiling

Wednesday 30th October 2019

Rachel Davis, Head of Warwick Enterprise, came in to tell us about her experience as a women and as an innovator.

Discussing how she managed to overcome adversity and maintain a work life balance, she captured the essence of how to “break through the glass ceiling”.

Through our partnership with Warwick Enterprise, we collaborated with Rachel to host Her Innovation Collective in the Autumn Term. We hope to continue to partner with Rachel in the coming year.

Sallee Poinsette-Nash Event

Sallee Poinsette-Nash, Personal Brand Masterclass

Wednesday 28th November 2019

Sallee Poinsette-Nash is one of the UK’s leading personal brand experts, renowned and respected for the legacy she is leaving in her industry.

Sallee came into to talk to us about personal branding. The session revolved around bringing out your own unique value and emphasising humanness.

We were so lucky to have her come to our university to deliver her prestigious “Personal Brand Masterclass”, which is conventionally delivered to esteemed professionals and companies around the world.
